• All applicants are responsible for sharing their valid documents with Hikari Education. Your intentionally misleading information can result in a permanent access denial on our platform.
• Students should ensure an instant response to our calls, emails, or messages. Your delay in reply can affect compliance, and you may miss tight admission deadlines.
• You are bound to follow the institutional guidelines and immigration law. Hikari Education will not be responsible for any legal penalties resulting from your negligent behaviour.
• Most of our guiding services are provided at no charge, but certain services have a specific fee. You are responsible for paying the applicable registration fees on time.

Fees and Payments

• We offer package-based and separate prices for services related to visa guidance, admission support, or language learning. We clearly and understandably explain all fee structures, and we never add additional charges after your registration is confirmed.
• We do not refund charges related to document advice or visa guidance once the process has begun. However, you can request a refund if we fail to deliver satisfactory services. You can submit your written request, and we will review it according to our refund policy.
• We accept all payments in Bangladeshi Taka or international currency, as you decide at registration time. We offer multiple payment transaction methods for our users’ convenience, all of which are secure. You can pay through bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Scholarship and Admission Disclaimer

Hikari Education does not enroll you for admission or confirm scholarship eligibility for any program. We are here to provide expert and compliant guidance for your applications and visa process. The local universities and funding authorities will make the final decision after a complete evaluation of your academic profile.

We act as facilitators to provide you with accurate guidance for completing every step of the admission and scholarship enrollment process. All outcomes resulting from these efforts are contingent upon the decision of third-party authorities, and we cannot alter them with our access.

Language Course Terms

• Students must complete the registration form and submit it on our platform, along with all required documents. We reserve a seat in the desired course upon receipt of the applicable fee.
• We need your regular and on-time attendance, along with respectful behaviour for all our instructors. We reserve the right to cancel your certification eligibility in the event of any misconduct.
• We provide a language training certificate upon completion of your course at Hikari Education. To achieve this, you must comply with our attendance and performance criteria.
• Our course fee is non-refundable after enrollment confirmation. However, we will safely return your fee if Hikari Education cancels the course training or in the event of any exceptional situation.

Intellectual Property

All videos, text, logos, and course material on our site are the intellectual property of Hikari Education and its creators. We protect all content under copyright, trademark, and other applicable digital laws, without copying content from different providers in the market.

We provide all content for users’ personal guidance and do not allow redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our publications for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of this act without Hikari Education’s written permission will block your access to all our services.
